SAEB’s featured speaker Gracie X (AKA Grace Walcott) is the sex-positive Author of “Wide Open: My Adventures in Polyamory, Open Marriage, and Loving on My Own Terms.”
Sunday Assembly is a non-religious congregation that celebrates life. We’ve got the best parts of a church – community, singing, and acts of service – without any of the religious dogma.
We typically meet on the third Sunday of the month to sing, think, listen, laugh, and build community together. We feature speakers from the local science and humanities communities, and we typically offer a way to donate to a local organization.
Sunday Assembly is a godless congregation started in 2012 by two comedians and performers in England. It is a growing global network of people with the motto to “Live Better. Help Often. Wonder More.”
Our featured speaker Gracie X (AKA Grace Walcott) Gracie X will be talking about her odyssey to create love and family on her own unique terms—with fun and radical feminism at its core. She writes, “There is a way that we are indoctrinated that marriage / relationship is supposed to look one way. But there are so many ways to create fulfilling relationships when you’re hyper sexual, asexual, queer, demi-sexual, an extrovert / introvert etc. When you jump out of the marriage box of what it’s supposed to be or supposed to look like you have an opportunity to create what will really fulfill you and those you love.”

This is SAEB’s main event, held monthly on the third Sunday.
