Give yourself two hours this Sunday to slow down, settle in, and recharge.
Join us for Sunday Reset, a beginner-friendly two-hour experience designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful afternoon of guided meditation and an Energy Blessing experience.
No meditation experience is needed. This event is centered on experience rather than lectures, so you can simply come as you are, relax, and participate at your own pace.
What to Expect
🧘 Guided Meditation
Settle into a calm and comfortable space with a guided meditation experience. The meditation will be guided through a recorded audio teaching.
✨ Energy Blessing
Experience a complete Energy Blessing session in a peaceful and supportive environment.
A Two-Hour Reset
Take time away from your usual routine to quiet your mind, relax your body, restore your energy, and leave feeling refreshed.
This event is especially welcoming to guests who joined us at the September 27 Bodhi Mid-Autumn Festival Community Fair and would like to explore meditation and the Energy Blessing experience more deeply. It is also completely open to the public—whether or not you attended the Community Fair.
