“Sunday Streets” SF’s Free Street Festival & Block Party (2026)

San Francisco’s 2026 season of Sunday Streets returns with four events across The City. Since 2008, Sunday Streets has transformed San Francisco’s streets into car-free community spaces, bringing neighbors together for a day of connection, movement, and fun.

Sunday Streets 2026 Season Schedule

Please note that full details, schedule and times are still TBA as of 5/12/2026. 

• June 14, 2026: Tenderloin
• July 19, 2026: Mission
• August 23, 2026: Bayview
• October 18, 2026: Excelsior

Sunday Streets take place in diverse neighborhoods across the City, including the Tenderloin, Mission, Excelsior, and Bayview. Each event features fun free active play games, cultural performances, health resources, live music and more with the goal of connecting San Franciscans on car-free open streets.

Great Highway | “Sunday Streets” SF’s Free Street Festival & Block Party (2026)

This scenic Sunday Streets travels along the Great Highway from Sloat to Lincoln, along JFK and MLK Drive through Golden Gate Park. From Lindy in the Park to the Skatin Place to Ocean Beach, there is something for everyone along this route. Be sure to take advantage of the Golden Gate Park Shuttle, which will be running during the event.
