From Kenya to San Francisco, Sila, sometimes called the African James Brown, brings his brand of “feeling good” to The Chapel. A 2010 NAACP winner and partner in the soon to be released comic book SuperAfrican, a story about a young African superhero in Africa, Sila is ready to spread his ideas of positivity and international community to his audience.
Featuring Native Elements, a 19 year strong reggae band full of musicians born and raised in The Bay, and Marcus Cohen and The Congress, a soulful groovin ensemble band.
