Two of SF’s rising comedy stars Nato Green (Iron Comic, SF Sketchfest) and W. Kamau Bell (HBO, New York Comedy Festival) are joining forces for a brand new 8-week Monday night comedy series at the Hemlock Tavern entitled Comedy SuperPAC.
For just $5 you’ll get a nearly two-hour comedy show with both headliners featuring new and classic material, plus a rotating cast of guest comedians.

Every show will feature Nato & Kamau in residence experimenting with new material for their upcoming CD recordings and national tours, and rotating special guests from Nato & Kamau’s favorite local comics and visiting comedy dignitaries from across the country.

W. KAMAU BELL Praised by Punchline Magazine as “one of our nation’s most adept racial commentators with a blistering wit,” Kamau has been voted San Francisco’s best comedian by three different publications. The SF Weekly has called Kamau “smart, stylish, and very much in the mold of politically outspoken comedians like Dave Chappelle and Margaret Cho,” though he was more excited that they called him “handsome.”
NATO GREEN was named SF Weekly’s Best Comedian of 2010 for getting “smarter and faster” and putting on “legendary” shows that keep audiences “doubled over.” Nato is the creator of Iron Comic, the Iron Chef-spoofing comedy game showNato’s humor commentaries have appeared in Huffington Post, theSan Francisco Bay Guardian, The Rumpus, The Bold Italic, and more.
