Event Details

College of San Mateo’s Sustainability as Social Justice Committee is hosting a two-part Earth Day event that we would like to invite you to attend.

  • April 24, 11:00-12:30 – Viewing Dancing Salmon, a film that details the Winnemem Wintu Tribe’s efforts to restore salmon runs in their native lands in Northern California.
  • April 25, 11:00-12:30 – Chief Caleen Sisk will follow-up with an in-person conversation about her work and environmental restoration and protection.

Both events will be held in the CSM Theatre.
