This immersive event will feature a diverse array of sweet and savory dishes, along with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, offering something for every palate.
Attendees are encouraged to explore the district by visiting participating locations, each presenting unique tastings and experiences. Whether discovering the neighborhood for the first time or revisiting beloved favorites, guests will enjoy a dynamic “progressive dining” format designed to showcase the best of North Berkeley’s renowned food scene.

- Check-in will start at Shattuck Avenue and Vine Street at 4pm on May 13th where you will collect your Taste of North Berkeley Passport and begin your adventure! ** NOTE: your pre-purchased ticket is exchanged for your food and beverage passport at the North Shattuck Association booth on the corner of Shattuck and Vine.

This event offers a perfect introduction for newcomers eager to get acquainted with the area’s standout restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutique shops, while also giving longtime patrons the opportunity to sample new offerings from familiar establishments. Chefs, brewers, vintners, and mixologists are creating special dishes just for you to sample at Tigerlily, Chaya, Saul’s, The Walnut Tavern, and dozens of other locations.
In addition to the culinary highlights, live music performances will take place throughout the district, creating a festive and engaging atmosphere for all attendees.
