Through entertaining tales, chef Tim Archuleta (ichi Sushi) shares his expertise on the history of sushi, his experience of becoming one of the Bay Area’s top sushi chefs and his tattoo tale. For this special sushi/tattoo “At the Table” talk at the Asian Art Museum, Tim will be in conversation with Isaac Fitzgerald, author of Knives & Ink: Chefs and the Stories Behind Their Tattoos (with Recipes).
