Join Mountain Athletics: A free, goal oriented workout program training in the outdoors to prepare you for your outdoor pursuits like skiing, snowboarding, camping and hiking. They’re a fun community helping each other achieve #itrainfor goals.
Check them out every Thursday at The Yard at Mission Rock (and also on Tuesdays at Sue Bireman Park) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. RSVP for free. For every 10 workouts you attend, receive a Mountain Reward like backpacks, shirts, gloves and more.
