ThinkWalks: Nerdy Tours for San Franciscans
Thinkwalks are fun and nerdy walks led by Joel Pomerantz exploring San Francisco’s geography, public art, politics and culture.
All Thinkwalks projects, from the hilltop tours to the lowly postcards, are about discovery, enhanced by groups of curious people bouncing ideas together.
Join Thinkwalks outdoors for a vigorous, hilly 6-mile hike (rain or shine) with others fascinated by SF springs and creeks plus get schooled with mini-lectures about the region.
Unlike the usual Thinkwalks, this will be long, hikey and with only occasional historical presentations.
