Event Details

No sleigh bells here. Amnesia presents an UN-Holiday Show featuring some of the Bay’s best local bands, encompassing the genres of indie, rock, folk, electronica, pop, progressive and experimental. This will be a excellent time!

FEATURING THE TALENTS OF:

ASH REITER – See what Bay Bridged had to say about the cute Ash Reiter and her band: “Behind her vintage, lipstick-red National, she drives familiar yet distinct pop songs in a voice that, if anything, is stronger live than on her recordings. In her smoky blend of retro pop and modernism, sincerity and ironic detachment, her music brought to mind Sondre Lerche at several points.

DOMINIQUE LEONE – SPIN Magazine gave the experimental noise pop artist four stars and Village Voice called it “musical hairpin turns with such mischievous glee that you can visualize the Road Runner blithely zipping across jagged mountain highways as Wile E. Coyote tumbles off cliff after cliff.

POOR SWEET CREATURES – Described as “creepy porcelain doll carnival rock” and by “a vocal-oriented act that can bring the mind to a twisted barbershop choir for kids. BAD kids.”
