Urban Abstraction Opening Reception | Oakland

Featuring large scale oil paintings by Maya Kabat and abstract photography by Carol Inez Charney.

Both of these artists refer to urban architecture, and the geometry and light of these buildings, as an inspiration and starting off point for abstraction.

Exhibition runs from May 1st through June 27th

Artist reception: May 1st from 6-9 pm, in conjunction with Oakland Art Murmur’s First Friday
