Event Details

Join them for a free, inspiring, informative and moving tour that paints a great picture of the Gay Rights Movement in the beautiful Castro district.

You’ll experience:

  • The story of the Gay Rights Movement in 70’s SF
  • How Harvey Milk started a revolution
  • See Harvey’s old house, GLBT museum
  • Hilarious stories of drag queens and nudists fighting for their rights

In 1970’s San Francisco, America listened as gay rights activists demanded equality. Learn how the Castro became America’s first “gayborhood,” a colorful and magical place for all who identify as LGBTQQIAAPT (they’ll explain).

Free but an RSVP is required. Click the book now button to RSVP under December 4, 2017.
