“Wellness Wednesday” Outdoor Yoga at 7 Stars w/ Free Samples (Richmond)

Join us for our first Wellness Wednesday Yoga session.

Come enjoy a 15 min meet and greet, be prepared for 1 hour of gentle yoga, and 15 min relaxation. Kay your instructor has been practicing since 1998 and teaching since 2015.

Each yoga session is sponsored by a different cannabis brand. Stop by to learn more and get a product to enjoy at home. Samples will be given out after the event.

This is a donation class but a donation is not required to attend.

Bring a mat*, sunscreen, & comfy clothes. We will be outside. *There are a limited number of mats available for those who don’t have one.
