¡WEPA! Fest 2026 is a free outdoor celebration of salsa music and Puerto Rican culture, held on June 12 at Parque de los Pobladores in downtown San José. The event features live performances by Orquesta Bembé, Los Calderones, Jeri y El Kombo Klasiko, and DJ Leydis, with dance instruction from Alyssa Aguilar. The evening includes food, drink, and local vendors. ¡WEPA! Fest is part of the CityDance San José cultural series, which presents free music and dance events throughout June.

_💃🌎 CityDance San José returns this June with free music, dancing, and cultural celebration in Downtown!⁠ Join in the fun on June 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, and 30 at Parque de los Pobladores and along 1st Street for an exciting lineup inspired by the global spirit of the upcoming games. Featuring artistic programming co-curated in partnership with San José Jazz, the series will celebrate dance traditions and cultural exchange through six unique experiences, including WEPA Fest, House/Disco, Banda, Make Music Day, Cumbia, and Afrobeat.
