Event Details

You can bring your bike on BART, on the ferry or on AC Transit, but there’s nothing quite like making the journey between San Francisco and Oakland by bike out in the fresh air.

Oakland has already done their part on their end of the bridge, so this project proposes to address the lack of bicycle and pedestrian access on the West Span of the Bay Bridge by constructing a path from downtown San Francisco to Yerba Buena Island.
