Women Heroes: She Rose Art Reception | SF

Come check out intriguing art and read some incredible stories of Bay Area women. San Francisco photographer, Audra Miller, has been working on the She Rose project for the past year and a half. This photo series was created to promote the massive strength and resilience of women in our society today. Each Marvel movie poster portrait in the show depicts a woman as a superhero. The type of superhero is inspired by each participant’s personal experiences of overcoming an obstacle in their lives.

We all have a hero inside of us. We are all capable of incredible things in the midst of despair.

Come out to celebrate women and read the amazing stories. Light refreshments will be provided.
