Model Boats on Parade 2018 | Golden Gate Park

The San Francisco Model Yacht Club presents Model Boats on Parade, the bi-annual event which will be held at beautiful Spreckels Lake on Sunday, September 16, 2018 starting at 9:30 am.

Come see dozens of wooden boat enthusiasts taken their model boats out for a ride – sail and power, radio-controlled and static.

This event promotes the skills of building and handling model boats of all types by showcasing vintage model power and sailboats, both running and static, all together in a relaxed, non-competitive setting.

The lake is located at 36th Avenue and Fulton in Golden Gate Park.
