Learn to make your own sauerkraut, pickles, and more. Fermented foods do more than heal the gut. They complement any meal and provide the intestines with many strains of good bacteria called probiotics, essential to vibrant health and well-being.
K.J. Landis, author of Superior Self: Reaching Superior Health for a Superior Self will demonstrate how you can make several delicious fermented dishes without any special equipment. Tastes and recipes provided. Those who arrive early enough will go home with their own jar that they make on the spot.
This wonderful class is free of charge and will be held in the community room at the North Beach public library.
