Event Details

In connection to our Collegiate Roots Exhibition, the African American Art & Culture Complex is proud to present a mini-marathon screening of five back-to-back episodes of A Different World. Join up on a #throwback Thursday as we remember, watch, and celebrate a ground breaking creation.

A Different World was created by Bill Cosby as a spin off of The Cosby Show. Running from 1987-1993, the show was centered around student life at Hillman College, a fictional mixed, but historically black college in the state of Virginia.
