SF’s Yerba Buena Gardens Festival 2026
The 2026 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival hosts a full lineup of free outdoor music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, and children’s programs. The Festival opens on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with Hermán Olivera y Orquesta Taíno to kick off its 26th season. The Festival features over 100 free performances from May to November in Downtown San Francisco.
A wildly charismatic trumpeter with a global musical vision, Will Magid has earned a devoted following with his Bay Area concert series World Wide Dance Party, a moveable musical feast serving up celebratory sounds from around the world while keeping an eye on social justice. More than a horn player, Magid is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ who laces his live performances with electronic loops and samples, seamlessly blending original music with an international sonic palette. A collector of sounds, he layers the familiar with the curious, building imaginary worlds at once strangely beautiful and intimately familiar.
