Outdoor Yoga SF brings its signature Bayfront Flow to Cityside Park every Sunday!
Start your Sunday with movement, fresh air, and sweeping Bay views. Treasure Island partners with Outdoor Yoga SF to bring a weekly all-levels vinyasa flow to the waterfront at Cityside Park. Held Sundays from 10:15am to 11:15am, Yoga by the Water offers a refreshing, all-levels class set against the San Francisco skyline. Enjoy an open-air practice at Cityside Park, just eight minutes by ferry from the San Francisco Ferry Building.

- Please register for class. Limited spaces are available each week. If unable to attend, kindly cancel within 12 hours to allow another community member to join.
- Bring a personal mat and dress in layers; an extra layer is recommended. Restrooms are available, with ample parking on site.
- Picnics are welcome for those who wish to stay and enjoy the views and community time.

Outdoor Yoga SF offers an immersive movement experience led by some of the Bay Area’s most skilled and loved yoga teachers. Classes take place in nature, paired with soulful music through silent disco headphones, moving through postures at a steady and intentional pace.
Athletic and accessible vinyasa yoga sessions combine creative flows, dynamic stretching, and core work. Each class supports connection of mind, body, and spirit through feel-good movement and community. FLOW classes are the signature offering and are appropriate for all levels.
