Come to The Board Match on January 12, 2010 to meet hundreds of professionals involved in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
More than 100 Bay Area nonprofits will have leadership on hand to speak with you about serving on their organization’s board of directors. A variety of agencies will be represented, from large to small, focusing on everything from the environment to arts to youth.
Why Work for a Non-Profit?
Looking for a meaningful way to volunteer and give your time, talent and energy in support of your favorite cause?
Or are you among the more than 2 million Californians who have recently found themselves under-employed and are looking for opportunities to continue developing both professionally and personally?
Serving on a nonprofit board can provide fantastic opportunities for your personal and professional development. You can build new skills, network with nonprofit and for-profit professionals and provide essential skills to community nonprofits. We recommend bringing copies of your résumé and business cards to The Board Match to share with your potential match.
