Free Drive-In Movie Night

Thursday, September 22, 2011 is Free Drive-in Movie Night at the West Wind Drive-in movie theaters in Concord and San Jose – yes, it’s a good old fashioned drive in theater with double features every night.

Here’s your chance to see Cars 2, or Transformers 3 for free in your car with your sweatheart just wishing you didn’t have bucket seats.

Gates open at 6pm, Films start at dusk. Arrive early!

Solano 2 Drive-In : Concord
Films: Cars 2, Transformers 3 showing on both screens, plus bounce houses, face painting and live music being performed by the Hot Rods Band

West Wind Capitol 6 Drive-In : San Jose
Films: Cars 2 and Transformers 3  and Pirates of the Caribbean 4 rotating on all screens, plus bounce houses and live music from Zebop, a Santana Tribute Band

Remember the Drive-In? If you haven’t been to a good ol’ fashioned drive in movie in a while, tonight’s your chance. The Solano drive-in (yes – an old school drive in where you listen to the movie on FM) in Concord and the Capitol 6 Drive-In (San Jose). Films are double features (how retro!).

Normally tickets are just $6.95 a person for a double feature and Tuesday nights are $4.95 (and kids 11 and under are just $1.00) – a 1970s style bargain!
