In celebration of creepy author and artist Edward Gorey’s birthday (1925-2000), the Cartoon Art Museum Bookstore hosts a special evening of Gorey-themed entertainment on February 22, 2013, the late artist’s 88th birthday.
2013 is also the 50th anniversary of The Vinegar Works: Three Volumes of Moral Instruction, comprising The Gashlycrumb Tinies, The West Wing, and The Insect God.
