This Sunday, May 20, 2012 is a day of epic alignment – as the new moon eclipses the sun, we will come together at Ocean Beach to sit in peaceful meditation, synchronized with over 300+ cities around the world.

5:15 is when the eclipse begins, so feel free to come early to tune into the solar vibe.

The *meditation* will begin when the Solar Eclipse reaches its peak, at 6:30 pm. We will sit for one hour in blissful, silent meditation, followed by 11 minutes of vibrational toning, in what we like to call a “sound bath”. All voices and vibrational instruments welcome. (ie singing bowls, gong, didge, etc) Join us at any time

We will finish the meditation around 7:45 pm, which is the sun will have returned to it’s full glory. (Note: Please do not look directly at the eclipse without appropriate eye protection.)

Feel free to bring snacks to share and stick around to watch the sun set over the ocean.
