Minnie & Lovie Ward Rec Park | 650 Capitol Ave, San Francisco, CA 94132

The OMI Family Resource Center is giving out free backpacks and school supplies to 94112 and 94132 zip codes of San Francisco for children in grades K-12.
Pre-registration is required. Participants can register at 156 Broad Street or 103 Broad Street during drop in hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-3 pm and Friday from 10 am-noon.
You must show proof of child in school and residency. They have a limited number of backpacks, so it’s first come, first serve.
Backpacks will be given out on August 4, 2015 from 5-8 pm at 650 Capitol Ave (Minnie & Lovie Ward Recreation Park).
During that time, the park will host a National Night Out with free BBQ, face painting, talent show, and arts & crafts.
