Enjoy a memorable conversation with NBA player/coach Clifford Ray and friends!
Coach Cliff will present a children’s book about his life, Big Clifford Ray Saves the Day, written by Laynie D. Weaver (and illustrated by C. Courtney Weaver). The book—a series of biographical poems— recalls him as a boy learning to fish and falling in love with animals in the sea. One of the poems includes how the “long-armed” Ray remarkably saved a dolphin’s life.
