Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema returns this September for Season #22, offering free public screenings of local independent films in parks, cafés, studios, galleries, and other cherished public spaces. Come as you are, with your love for films and our city, and stay for the beautiful stories via local indie films.
We are thrilled to return to Cortland Avenue for Film Crawl on Cortland 7-10pm on September 5 (Friday) in 6 venues, including our long term partners Bernal Library, Progressive Grounds Cafe, Inclusions Gallery, Baukunst, and SEMCO Engineering.
Films show at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 pm. “Crawl” from one screening location to the next to enjoy the variety of films offered by Presenting Partners and selected by the 2025 Selection Committee Venues and Presenting Partners.
