Stoneridge Shopping Center invites Emerald High School families and prospective students to celebrate the start of the new school year with a School Takeover and Touch-A-Truck event this Saturday, August 23.
Get ready for an afternoon of fun with activities for everyone in the family:

Debate Club Showcase (11:30 a.m., It’s A Grind Coffee House): Watch Emerald High School’s award-winning debate club—ranked #2 in California—tackle the hot topic of AI in education. Guests can also enjoy the exclusive Emerald-inspired drink, Aero Fuel Vanilla Bean Dream, available for one day only.

Macy’s Back-to-School Fashion Show (12:30 p.m., Grand Court): From bright colors and bold patterns to smart backpacks and chunky sneakers, shoppers can catch this year’s top trends in a high energy fashion show featuring must-have looks styled straight from Macy’s. The EHS Cheer Team will also be performing!

Touch-A-Truck (Outside near P.F. Chang’s & Macy’s): Get up close with fire trucks and police vehicles from the Pleasanton Fire and Police Departments, meet local first responders, and enjoy family activities and giveaways.

School Spirit & Community Fun: Visit Emerald High School club booths, enjoy games, arts & crafts, giveaways, and meet with favorite retailers including JCPenney, California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang’s, Shiekh Shoes, Lush, Hawaii Fluid Art, and Macy’s beauty brands Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Dolce & Gabbana.

Give Back: Stoneridge will host a canned food drive benefiting Tri-Valley Haven near Grand Court.
