This free community event is packed with festive activities and spooky fun in the heart of Downtown Pleasant Hill. An afternoon of family-friendly Halloween fun, featuring a face painter, an interactive balloon artist, chalk art, photo booth, and free goodie bags for children (while supplies last). Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and celebrate together in a safe and welcoming community space.
