Peruvian-German electronic artist Sofia Kourtesis brings her vibrant sound to Downtown First Thursdays with a special DJ set at the Art Car Stage in Downtown San Francisco. Known for blending the warmth of her Latin American roots with the energy of Berlin’s club scene, Kourtesis has quickly become one of electronic music’s most exciting rising stars.

Her debut album Madres is a deeply personal project inspired by love, resilience, and hope, dedicated to her mother and the neurosurgeon who helped save her life. Expect an uplifting set filled with bright rhythms, emotional depth, and the infectious energy that has taken her to stages at festivals like Glastonbury Festival and Primavera Sound.
