Four summer Thursday nights to explore Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether through the embodied map of the 5Rhythms.

Each week invites a different elemental landscape and a different rhythm, offering a pathway into grounding, expression, transformation, spaciousness, and connection.

Move. Adapt. Transform.

August 27 — Air & Ether
Open. Expand. Connect.

No choreography. No dance experience needed.
