Mini Yoga Festival & “Surfset” Land Surfing Demos | Marina

Sweat Republic SF and Athleta present Yoga on the Green, a one day mini yoga festival in their own backyard in Little Marina Green. They will be providing three different classes for you to enjoy throughout the day.

Free, but an RSVP is required. The first 80 people to register and show for class will be receiving a tote bag from Athleta.

Yoga on the Green Schedule

Please RSVP for your preferred class only. You are welcome to attend all three classes.

• 9 am – Check-in for Session 1
• 9:15 am to 11:00 am – Session 1 – Run + Yoga with Laura Jean
  Join Sweat Republic SF in celebrating National Yoga Month by starting your sunday off right with a jog to Hoppers Hands and back finishing up with a 45 minute yoga session leaving you loose and limber.
• 11:00 am to 12:00 pm – Music, Partner Yoga, Vendors, Surfset Demos
• 12 pm to 1:15 pm – Session 2 – Mid-day Flow with Barbara Fitzgerald
  The sun is high above and you will feel like your soul is too. Join SR in this hour long Power Flow class guaranteed to make your body feel like a hundred bucks.
• 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm – Music, Surfset Demos
• 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm – Session 3 – A.rm B.alance. C.hallenge with Jessica Mishra
  Ever wonder how yogi’s bend in half or hold an arm balance for so long? Let Jessica teach you a few tricks to get you standing on your head and balancing on your forearms in no time.

Along with our yoga classes Sweat Republic SF will be answering all of your fitness questions. They will also be doing Surfset demos in between class sessions, so come on by and give the waves a shot.
