Join Art in the Age spirits for a private tasting in San Francisco on Monday, February 21st from 7pm to 9pm to celebrate the launch of two new spirits, Root and Snap. Two Funcheap readers will each win a spot on the guestlist for this exclusive event featuring complimentary Root & Snap cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

What is Root & Snap? – Two new spirits based on nostalgic recipes from Art in the Age, Root is a gold, smoky organic spirit made from North American herbs and pure cane sugar inspired by an 18th century Pennsylvania folk recipe. Snap is a molasses-flavored spirit, also organic, which is based on the 17th century Pennsylvania Dutch recipe for “Lebkuchen” (ginger snap)

Attend the Public Root & Snap Event at 9pm – Following the private tasting (7pm to 9pm) is a public event on Monday, February 21st from 9pm to 11pm. No free cocktails or nibbles unfortunately, but it’s a great chance get discounted Root & Snap drinks handcrafted by Rickhouse’s Mixologists. Save $2 to $4 per cocktail tonight only.
