Make sure to stretch before the Half Full Running Club’s free scavenger run around Golden Gate Park on Saturday, August 20, and win prizes for all the panting you’re sure to do.

Bring a camera phone and 2 teammates to take part in either the short (4-6 miles) or long course (10+ miles), or just show up solo to join another team, make some new friends and get fit.
