San Mateo’s 23rd Annual Aloha Festival | August 11-12

Get a feel for the islands at the 2018 Aloha Festival with music, dance, food, and culture from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and all over the Pacific.
The Pacific Islanders of the San Francisco Bay Area offer their talents in music and dance during this free two-day festival of arts held during the first full weekend of August.
Entertainment highlights include Pacific Islander music as well as Polynesian dance.

The festival will have workshops where people are welcome to participate on a first-come, first-served basis. A few of the workshops are music-oriented.
The festival will also feature arts and crafts vendors, island cuisine, educational exhibits and workshops, and an “Ohana Korner” with simple games for the kids.
