“The Art Don’t Stop” Reception & Art Sale | SF

You may have seen Todd Berman’s City of Awesome paintings traveling around town in city buses (as part of SF Beautiful’s Muni Art program), in galleries and cafes, or on his website, Berman has been painting and drawing chaotic scenes of city life in San Francisco since moving here in 1998.

The art has been clogging up the closets of his studio, so the artist is hosting a sale. “Some paintings that ought to cost $1,000 are now available for $200 or less. Other art that ought to cost $300, is now $60. If I have to bring any of these pieces back home, the price will go up again.”

There will be the usual art reception refreshments in this charming new Bernal Heights event space.
