2010 began with a “Blue Moon” which is already rare but now we’re getting treated to the second second-full-moon-of-the-month this year.
How rare is that? Let’s just say it happens–Ah yes–once in a blue moon.
The National Park Conservancy is marking this with a FREE Blue Moon Night Walk in the beauty of the Park Presidio. Bundle up and kick off your Saturday evening with a walk, songs and stories under a full moon.
Meet Ranger Fatima Colindres (who also speaks Spanish for you bilinguals out there) in front of the Crissy Field Center in the Presidio of San Francisco.
