Learn the basics of cheese making in a fun, relaxed environment. Fresh mozzarella is one of the easiest cheeses to make and since it’s fresh, there’s no aging time. We’ll make the cheese together under the direction of our “House Culinary Artist, Taylor Bell.

After we learn all the ins and outs of cheese making, we will get a one-of-a-kind hands-on experience transforming organic milk into fresh mozzarella right before our eyes. We will then create deliciously, simple, appetizers with mozzarella as the star to nosh on while enjoying a glass of meticulously chosen wine.
