Please Note: “Black Swan” will not be screened at The Independent tonight on May 9th – (Instead, TV on the Radio are in concert) – As I’m sure you can understand, when TV on the Radio wants to come play, a free movie night gets bumped!
The rock concert venue The Independent hosts Monday night free movie screenings. Free admission, but there’s a two-drink minimum (which we’ve never actually seen enforced).
A ballet dancer wins the lead in “Swan Lake” and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan – Princess Odette – but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like Odile, the Black Swan.
