San Francisco is getting a rare dose of Formula 1 energy (thankfully without the ticket price). Red Bull Showrun is bringing real F1 show cars and pro drivers to Marina Boulevard for a free, one day public event on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

The event will turn Marina Blvd in front of Marina Green into a temporary motorsports course where an Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 car, a Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 car, and other Red Bull and Ford performance vehicles will run live demonstrations throughout the afternoon.

While not a competitive race, this is billed to be a high speed exhibition focused on precision driving, technical skill, burnouts, drifting, and crowd friendly stunts.

Attendees can expect to see live F1 runs along Marina Blvd, performance demonstrations from vehicles like the Ford Raptor T1+, Mustang GT3, and F 150 Lightning SuperTruck, and professional drivers showing off advanced handling and speed, all set against the backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge.

The event runs from 1 pm to 4 pm and is completely free and open to all ages. No tickets are required, but space along the route will be first come, first served, so arriving early is the best way to secure a good viewing spot.

Red Bull says the show cars use V8 engines, which means the event will be loud. Ear protection is strongly recommended, especially for kids.
