Want to impress your dates or friends the next time you’re around a campfire?

Join Joergen and Marco of the San Francisco Free School for a 90-minute guitar class of training for beginner and intermediate guitar players and aspiring “troubadours.”

The songs change every week, but expect to learn how to play and sing songs from the likes of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, The Who, as well as traditional tunes such as “Guantanamera”, nursery rhymes, and simple Gospel songs.

Weekly Campfire Guitar Class
Wednesday, July 25, 2012 (6p)
The Happiness Institute, 1720 Market St. (btwn Gough & Octavia), SF
>> FREE but RSVP Required through Meetup.com

How to Prepare For Your First Class:
If possible, please look up on Youtube some lessons about tuning, how to strum, and the main chords positions such as Am, G, F, E, Em, and Bm, prior to come to your first lesson. This will enable you to quickly get up to speed in practicing as part of the group. And, of course, bring a guitar!
