Mole Sauce Taste Fest

“Mole” is a Mexican sauce made from chili peppers, other spices and, most importantly, chocolate.

Mole lovers are invited to participate in the “Mole Para Morirse” (Mole To Die For) contest, where the audience will get a chance to taste a variety of regional mole entries and vote for their favorites.

Tickets: $7 to taste mole, plus an additional $5 for a plate of food

This is your opportunity to savor delicious home-made Mole recipes, vote for your favorite dish, and celebrate the winners with cash prizes and special performances. DJs will keep you tapping your toes and tasting all that delicious mole.

Get a plate of food to accompany you mole for an additional $5. Mole is the generic name for a number of sauces originally used in Mexican cuisine, as well as for dishes based on these sauces.
