Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival Canceled for 2nd Year
The festival has been canceled once again, but the World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off will still take place on Oct. 11

Sadly, the world-famous Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival has been canceled for the second year in a row.
The Half Moon Bay City Council voted unanimously to deny a special event permit for this year’s festival which was scheduled to take place on October 16, 2021. The last pumpkin festival took place October 19–20, 2019.
Thankfully, the Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off will still go on as planned on Monday, October 11, 2021,
