SF Chinese Restaurant Lowers Prices w/ “Inflation Discount”
Thanks to SF Gate for sharing the news that while nearly every restaurant has raised its prices, one San Francisco restaurant is taking a different approach.
Lazy Susan, a Chinese-American takeout restaurant, located in West Portal at 811 Ulloa Street, is lowering its prices by offering an inflation discount.
You’ll receive 10% off the bill, because “Inflation is No Fun” Lazy Susan writes. They’re taking a different approach and hoping that the deal will draw in new customers, and hopefully, they’ll turn into longtime customers. The restaurant plans to run the deal through at least Thanksgiving, and possibly through the end of the year. Enter INFLATION10 at checkout for the discount.
Lazy Susan offers 25 classic Chinese American dishes and hopes to become the Domino’s of Chinese takeout with hundreds of locations around the country. In addition to the San Francisco location, there are two more locations in the Bay Area, in Palo Alto and Campbell.
The San Francisco location also offers a 22% off discount every Tuesday for students and teachers.
