Thanks to our friend Broke-Ass Stuart for sharing the news that San Francisco’s famous Hot Cookie in the Castro, 407 Castro St., is celebrating 25 years.

Established in 1997, Hot Cookie is a Castro icon – famous for its large selection of freshly-baked, chewy cookies, its notorious Penis and Vagina Cookies, and its fun wall of hot customers posing in their signature Hot Cookie underwear.

To celebrate a quarter of a century, Hot Cookie is hosting a month-long celebration in November with special promotions including rollback prices.

From November 1-7, Hot Cookie hosts Cookies Week. Their “Basic Bitch” classic chocolate cookie will be sold for its original 1997 price when the shop opened (we’re not sure what that price is though, but it should be a significant discount). Plus, score Yesterday’s Cookies for just 50¢.

They’ll be hosting a Customer Appreciation Party at their Polk Street store on Sunday, November 13 from 5-7pm.
