SF’s Outdoor Roller Rink Has Reopened

Golden Gate Park’s Skatin’ Place has been recently been repaved and has now reopened. More upgrades are coming soon though. Phase two of the renovations will begin in May when the outdoor skating rink gets repainted with a brand new mural.

We’re excited to announce that the Skatin’ Place repaving is complete and the space is open to the public! Phase 2 will begin in May 2022, when the asphalt will be painted with a community approved mural and additional seal coat layers.
