Described as a “thoughtful boot camp” and “giggle fest that makes you sore the next day” Creative Fitness meet-ups are designed for people who are bored by the average gym routine. Each class is a progressive total body workout that can be adapted to all fitness levels.
This movement party combines basic elements of calisthenics, dance, martial arts, improv and good old fashioned recess to get you moving and feeling fantastic. You will improve mobility, strength, energy levels, coordination and all around awesomeness. No experience needed. All fitness levels and body types are welcomed and encouraged. Bring a mat if you like. No other equipment needed.
Led by Heather Robinson, (MS, CSCS), a zesty fitness trainer/artist combo offering workouts that even very grumpy people enjoy. She believes fitness doesn’t have to be painful and her motto is, “feel the fun, not the burn.” In Heather’s 10+ years of fitness experience she has helped hundreds of people feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies. Drop-ins welcome. Please RSVP if possible.
