Demon Rock-Off: Guitar Contest w/ The Devil | San Jose

Watch as some of the best shredders in the Bay gamble with the Devil for Rock ‘n Roll Glory as RockBar brings to you the “Crossroads” story live on stage.

Each performer involved will have a chance to showcase their talents, but also promote their current projects and/or band, music or other. The night will feature a celebrity judging panel, with fame and fortune going to the winner. This event will be filmed for broadcast later. 

Open and free to spectators. Registration is required only if you wish to participate in the competition.

Can you shred on the guitar like no other? All level of guitar players take heed – Rock ‘n Roll guitar God status can be yours. Sign away your soul on the dotted line…and take your chances on the stage. Check out the competition rules, and get ready to meet The Devil, aka “Dark One.”

What’s the “Crossroads” story, you ask? As legend has it, Robert Johnson, the great American blues guitarist, met The Devil himself at a crossroads in Mississippi and sold his soul for guitar skills and success. Dare you follow in his footsteps?
